Majestic Wines x The Open ticket prize draw - terms and conditions

1.   This Promotion is only open to legal residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shepherd Neame Limited, employees of Majestic, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Proof of age will be requested.
2.   Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 30 April 2024 – 24 June 2023 inclusive.
3.   Purchase necessary. Proof of purchase will be requested. Internet access, QR scanning phone, valid email address and phone number required.
4.   To enter: Purchase 1x 24x330ml box of Singha at a Majestic store during the Promotional Period, scan the Singha Prize Draw QR code available in Majestic Wines stores, online at www.majestic.co.uk or on a Majestic eCRM email. Enter requested details (first name, surname, date of birth and email address), and submit during Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, no entries will be counted before or beyond the competition period.

8.   Additional Prize details:

9.   Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.

Winner Notification: The Provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the Prize Draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and proof of purchase, plus acceptance of the prize within 5 days of initial contact. If contacted, the winner will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 5 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
15.   Prize Delivery: tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the winner no later than 10 July 2024.

SPRING PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION 2024 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No purchase necessary; however internet access and a valid email account is required.

3. Entry Restrictions: Maximum of three entries per person during the entire Promotion Period.
